Acceptable, but With Issues

The location was good. It was near a subway station.

Our room smelled strongly of sewage from the bathroom. Staff put bleach down the sink one night, but the smell returned. Nobody offered us another room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom. It made the room stink. The first night, they put bleach down the sink, made the room smell almost as bad. No one apologized or suggested we move to another room, though.

adequate stay, some issues noted

sewage smell infrequent service

the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage . maintenance attempted to resolve the issue by pouring chemicals down the drain, which only temporarily masked the odor. there was no offer to move me to another room, disappointing. i also found the room service to be infrequent.
